We choose Lindenwood for the board, because of its soft structure, and beechwood for the wooden knife, as it’s solid enough to cut real fruits and vegetables.
Care Instructions: Gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth or wash with lukewarm water. After wiping please let them dry completely. Not recommended to use soap, soak in water, or put in a sterilizer. Keep away from humidifiers and heaters. We recommend to use linseed oil to protect the wooden surface from molding.
